To be qualified for this job, you’ve got to be positive and caring. We look for candidates who are organized, respectful, goal oriented, dependable and who have an awesome, happy attitude. Having solar installation experience is required for this position. Because this work requires being up on a roof, it's best not to be afraid of heights. Experienced Installers can move pretty quickly on a job site. Solar panels are not installed until the very last step of the job; this means that things can be tweaked on the roof up until the last minute. As soon as sun hits the panels, they are producing electricity, so extra precaution is needed, and safety is our number one priority.
